Oakley and Nokia has joined together to launch the limited edition Nokia N97 for Winter Olympics 2010. Nokia will release only 200 units of this handset. The phone features the Oakley Thunderbird (the specially designed logo for the Vancouver Olympics) laser etched onto the back of the phone. You are lucky if you are living in the States, because you will be able to purchase the first Android smartphone from Motorola namely the CLIQ. The handset will be available for pre-order from T-Mobile USA starting on October 19th, 2009 for $199.99 with a two-year service agreement. In case you didn’t know, the Motorola CLIQ has a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard with a 3.1-inch HVGA full touch-screen display and a 5MP shooter with autofocus. Additional features include a 3.5mm headset jack, a music player and a pre-installed 2GB microSD memory card with support for up to 32GB of removable memory.Samsung Behold II Hits T-Mobile
You are lucky if you are living in the States, because Samsung Behold II is now available stateside via T-Mobile network. Samsung’s latest smartphone features Android OS with a 5MP AF camera module, a 3.2-inch AMOLED screen, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 and a microSD card (up to 16GB). The best part of this handset is the Samsung TouchWiz 3D interface with 3D cube menu for easy access to multimedia contents. Orange will release the Motorola Dext (Cliq) in the UK on October 7th, 2009. The Motorola Dext will be available free on a two year contract with Orange for £35 ($55) per month. The package will include 900 call minutes, unlimited texts, unlimited Internet browsing and access to Orange Maps. For your info, the Motorola Dext boasts a 3.1-inch HVGA display with a resolution of 320 x 480, a 5-megapixel camera with built in Auto focus, and a slide out QWERTY keyboard.
