Samsung Corby, CorbyPro And Galaxy Spica At CES 2010

Samsung has recently announced that they will introduce the Samsung Corby S3650, Samsung CorbyPro B5310 and Samsung Galaxy Spica i5700 at CES 2010. As a reminder, the Galaxy Spica i5700 is an Android smartphone that resembles the Galaxy i7500. The phone is powered by an 800MHz processor, a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen display, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, lots of Google services, access to popular social networking websites (MySpace, Facebook), a 3.5mm headset jack, DNSe 2.0, a 3.2MP Autofocus camera, and a 180MB of internal memory.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Corby is an affordable touchscreen phone that features a 2.8-inch QVGA display, Samsung’s TouchWiz UI, social networking integration, a 2MP camera and a 50MB of internal memory. And finally, the Samsung CorbyPro supports HSDPA, Wi-Fi, a 3MP camera and a sliding QWERTY keyboard.

Sprint Motorola Brute i680 Rugged Cell

Sprint and Motorola has collaborated to launch a new rugged, push-to-talk phone for Nextel. Known as the Motorola Brute i680, this clamshell meets the Military Specification 810F for shock, vibration, dust, low and high temperatures, radiation, humidity, blowing rain and low pressure. The Motorola Brute i680 comes jam packed with a 2.2-inch internal display with 176 x 220 pixels, a 1.3 inch external display with 120 x 160 pixels, GPS, Stereo Bluetooth, an MP3 player, a web browser, a 2MP camera with flash, a 180MB of internal memory, and a memory card slot. The Motorola Brute i680 is now available via Sprint’s retails stores for $119.99 with a 2-year contract and a Nextel Direct Connect calling plan.

Three Samsung Shark Cell Phones

Samsung today unveiled a new range of cell phones called the Samsung Shark. These handset are designed to bring a range of functions to users including social media and multimedia functions. There are three models in the Samsung Shark range including the Samsung Shark S5350, the Samsung Shark S5550 and the Samsung Shark S3550.

The Samsung Shark S5350 is an 11.9-inch thick candybar cell phone with a QVGA display, HSDPA, a 3.2-megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, and a built-in 100MB of storage space. The phone also supports a wide range of instant messenger functions such as GTalk and AIM. Meanwhile, the Samsung Shark S5550 is a slider phone with an AMOLED display screen, a 5MP Autofocus camera module, a 110MB of internal memory, a microSD (up to 8GB), Bluetooth, and USB port. And finally, the Shark S3550 is a compact cell phone that supports GTalk, AIM and Parlingo chat clients. The handset provides a 2MP camera module, a 40MB of internal memory and a MicroSD slot (up to 8GB).
